heloo everybody i am new to forum discussions, but i really need somebodies help. for the last 36hrs like 4 hrs after maintance i was dced. then i attempted to relog.when i tried to relog it stated that i was still sogned in on game. so i waited and the next time i tried to relog i ran into this problem. wheni come to account and pw i type it in and then when i hit enter it says failed to log in server server. (10013)
i am not banned because i have couple of okd accounts and they say same thing. i hav another comp that has ko and it is fine. but the computer is a piece of trash. i tried changing patch in server ini text file and i tried redownloading game. plz fellas i reall need help. i play on kronos and my plat is running out soon. i would really appreciate some feedback ty tongue.gif





p.s how do you make signatures i have the perfect one but is is clip form an anime. this info would be nice to

Well, idk technically what to do but past several days we have so many login problems from Turkey, and so many DCs, no starts, wrong passport warnings etc.They'v tried to fix, as they declared.

For sig, you may find in forum other sections, or by help of Google.

The error you are experiencing indicates either Winsock or TCP/IP stack corruption. The error number 10013 is a Winsock error number.

The repair method can vary depending on which OS you are running so I will start with the least intrusive method.
  1. Open a command prompt (if using Vista, type “cmd” in the search box, right click “cmd.exe” and select “run as administrator”, then press continue).
  2. At the command prompt type “netsh winsock reset” and press enter.
  3. Restart your computer.

If this does not resolve the problem, let me know and also include what OS you are using.

hmmm ty for you rreply biggrin.gif I have just finish following the intsructions you have given me. I recieved a prompt back saying that for winsock to reset i need to restart computer. I did this and to no avail sad.gif
I am you using windows vista home basic. any more feedback on this problem would be greatly a[[reciated ty smile.gif

In most cases when a computer that was previously able to connect all of a sudden can no longer connect, Winsock corruption is often the cause.

Another cause for this error is firewall configuration. If you have installed a firewall application you may need to configure it to allow the KOL client access. The Windows firewall can also cause this problem.

By default the Windows Firewall is enabled on all Windows Vista computers. While it is possible that a hardware firewall could also be causing the problem the chances are unlikely.

If the firewall is not causing the problem I will need a detailed diagnostic report to further investigate what the possible cause of the error is. If you would like to compile a diagnostic report please PM me for detailed instructions.

Hi Dajeep This is ZarakIsBack i am on other name because i cannot log into my original acc. i would really appreciate the instructions on how to give you a full diagnostic report.I believe i have it but cannot send it. Ty for you help, i look forward to you reply.



Anybody else know of this prroblem and might have a solution plz reply.

The MSP Reports tool used to create a diagnostic report can be found in the Microsoft Download Center. While the KOL client does not integrate with the Windows logs or produce a log file, in many cases the information gained can help locate the problem. Since this is a Winsock error, the Winsock should have produced a log entry. MSP also initiates some basic diagnostic routines that are embedded into Windows. With the Winsock 10013 error chances are it is a firewall blocking the client from communicating with the server.
  1. Download http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en and run MSP Reports.
  2. Upload the cab file created by MSP Reports.
  3. PM me with a link to the location I can download the cab file from.
